WHO ARE THE SPEAKERS
Sushil Chhugani
Sushil Chhugani is the founder of Stubborn Company, a music services company and creative arts incubator. Founded in 2021, Stubborn Company guides young creative entrepreneurs to build businesses, create value and expand revenue from the ground up.

Over the past twenty years, Sushil's work during some of his professional internships at companies such as Sony Music, Rolling Stone and Viacom has been recognized and has enabled him to be widely recognized as a proven thought leader in the media and entertainment industry in the areas of music and artist management, A&R, digital/content marketing, brand solutions and live entertainment. 

He has played a pivotal role in the rise of the hip hop subculture in India through the discovery and development of some of the best and most popular artists in India, and his presence in the pop culture space ensures a strong working network across the entire music ecosystem and business. 

Rafael Pereira
Rafael Pereira is an intellectual property strategist and web3 oracle who works at the intersection of law and business in the technology, entertainment, arts and culture sectors. He is the managing partner of TINNUTS, a new age intellectual property law firm that works with creators across industries and entrepreneurs across sectors. Rafael graduated from Berkeley Law School and has built a career as an entrepreneur with numerous ventures in the creative industries in Asia and Europe. He advises the world's biggest artists, labels, publishers, distributors and promoters on business and legal matters in Asia and occasionally treats his clients to the best Indian food in the world.
